By accessing, registering for or using Billio, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Your Billio Account

You may need to create an account before accessing certain Billio services.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and keeping your account information up to date.

You are also responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

You should contact Billio promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Billio Services

Billio provides access to a range of digital services which may include:

• Airtime purchases.
• Data purchases.
• Electricity and utility payments.
• Cable TV subscriptions.
• Education and examination-related services.
• Other digital services made available through the platform.

The availability of specific services may change from time to time.

4. Transactions and Payments

You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming a transaction.

Once a transaction has been submitted, it may not always be possible to reverse or cancel it, depending on the service provider and nature of the transaction.

You agree not to use Billio to conduct fraudulent, unauthorized or unlawful transactions.

Where a transaction fails, is reversed or requires investigation, Billio may require additional information to resolve the matter.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Billio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Review transaction information before confirming.
• Cooperate with reasonable verification or security requirements.
• Notify Billio of suspected unauthorized activity on your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Billio to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud.
• Conduct illegal transactions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Interfere with or compromise the security of the platform.
• Use automated systems to abuse or disrupt Billio services.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Wallet and Funds

Where Billio provides wallet functionality, users are responsible for ensuring that funds are added and used through authorized methods.

You should review your wallet balance and transaction history regularly and report any transaction you do not recognize.

Billio may place restrictions or temporarily hold funds where necessary for security, verification, dispute resolution or compliance purposes.

8. Referral and Rewards

Billio may offer referral programs or other rewards from time to time.

Eligibility, reward amounts and qualifying activities may be subject to specific rules communicated by Billio.

Referral rewards must not be generated through fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts or other activities designed to manipulate the reward system.

Billio reserves the right to review, reverse or withhold rewards associated with activities that violate applicable referral rules.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Billio services available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, network problems, third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Billio will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This may include interruptions caused by network providers, banks, payment processors, utility providers or other third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Billio may suspend or restrict an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law or security requirements.

An account may also be restricted where necessary to investigate suspicious activity or protect the Billio platform and its users.

You may stop using Billio at any time, subject to any outstanding transactions or obligations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or business operations.

Updated terms will be published on the relevant Billio platform or website. Your continued use of Billio after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.
